Laghi dei Piani near Tre Cime Laghi dei Piani, also known as Bödenseen, are beautiful alpine lakes in the Dolomites of northeastern Italy and an important stop on the route near Tre Cime di Lavaredo , one of the most iconic mountain groups in the region. Situated at approximately 2,405 metres above sea level, the lakes are located right behind Rifugio Locatelli (Drei-Zinnen-Hütte), surrounded by impressive alpine scenery, and provide a beautiful place to take a break during a mountain hike. The area around the trail offers peaceful mountain surroundings and impressive views of the high peaks. The trail gradually leaves the lower valleys behind and leads deeper into the high-mountain landscape. From the lakes, the route offers viewpoints towards the higher parts of the Dolomites and the impressive faces of Monte Paterno. Krekova Koča na Ratitovcu Slovenia Krekova Koča na Ratitovcu is located at 1,642 metres above sea level and is one of the popular mountain huts in the Ratitovec area. The hut is surrounded by open grassy mountain slopes and offers beautiful views across the surrounding mountains, including Triglav and the Julian Alps. Ratitovec is a popular hiking destination in Slovenia, with several marked trails leading to Krekova Koča. The hut is a great place to take a break and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery after reaching the higher parts of the mountain. Hiking Experience I started the hike from Prtovč and followed the trail towards  Povden. The first half hour through the forest passed quickly and was just right for warming up. Gradiško Lake Slovenia Easy Walk Around the Lake Gradiško Lake is a beautiful recreational area located near Lukovica, Slovenia. Although it was artificially created in 2004 as a water retention reservoir during the construction of the Štajerska motorway, it is now a peaceful place to escape into nature. The lake covers 24 hectares and is surrounded by forests, which help protect the area from the noise of the nearby motorway. The main attraction is the 4.2-kilometre gravel path that runs around the entire lake. The path is closed to motor traffic, making it a safe place for walking, running, cycling, or pushing a stroller. The complete circular route takes approximately one hour on foot. Along the lake, you can also find outdoor fitness equipment, benches for resting, and the well-maintained Jernej's Spring, where you can refresh yourself with spring water. Predaselj Gorge and the Surrounding Nature Predaselj Gorge is a beautiful natural attraction in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps near Kamnik, Slovenia. Located in the Kamniška Bistrica valley, the gorge was carved by the Kamniška Bistrica River, creating narrow rocky passages with steep walls and beautiful blue-green water. The gorge can be reached from Dom v Kamniški Bistrici, where there is a large parking area. From there, a forest trail leads towards the gorge and a bridge overlooking the river. This relatively short walk offers several interesting natural sights along the way. Veliki Predaselj and Mali Predaselj form the main parts of the gorge, where large rocks are wedged between the steep walls. The unusual rock formations and natural bridges make this section particularly interesting to explore, while some parts of the gorge reach around 35 metres in depth.
