Hiking to Slap Vobenca

From there, the route continues for another 15 minutes through unmarked terrain towards the waterfall. The path follows the stream and requires several stream crossings before reaching Slap Vobenca.

The route is not officially maintained and includes narrow, uneven, and sometimes slippery sections. In certain places, you may need to walk alongside or across the stream, so careful footing is essential.

Because of the terrain, this hike is best suited for experienced hikers who are comfortable on more challenging natural trails.

Slap Vobenca is a hidden waterfall surrounded by peaceful forest and beautiful natural surroundings.

The access to the waterfall is very difficult, and I had to walk off-trail through the forest in some sections. The terrain is very wet and slippery, so extra caution is necessary. I recommend wearing suitable hiking shoes with good grip, as the ground can be challenging and muddy, especially after rainfall.

Despite the difficult access, the peaceful forest, fresh mountain air, and beautiful waterfall make the effort worthwhile. This is a great destination for experienced hikers who enjoy discovering hidden and less-visited waterfalls in nature.
