My Experience

I enjoyed this walk because it offered a peaceful combination of nature, forest scenery, and beautiful views over Hraše.

I started my walk at the gravel parking area in Smlednik village, used for visitors to Stari grad Smlednik. From there, I continued along the forest road. At the turnoff towards the castle, I continued straight ahead and followed the forest road until I reached a path leading to the viewpoint.

Most of the walk through the forest was relaxing, and the route was easy to follow. Reaching the viewpoint and seeing the surrounding countryside made the walk even more enjoyable.

For me, this was a pleasant way to spend an evening outdoors and explore another beautiful area of Slovenia.
