Walking Route to Šmarjetna Gora
From the parking area, the route continues along the road towards Šmarjetna Gora. Around 15 minutes before reaching the summit, you can choose a forest path that leads towards the top. I recommend this part of the route because it offers a more peaceful walk surrounded by nature.
This forest section adds a nice variety to the hike and provides a pleasant atmosphere. It is a quieter alternative to continuing along the road and was one of my favorite parts of the hike.
